Foot Focus was established in 1994. It was originally known as Western Suburbs Podiatry and operated from Liverpool, Sydney, New South Wales. It relocated to a purpose built facility at Casula in 1997 offering 5 consulting rooms, biomechanics laboratory, sterilisation room and disabled access. Due to increasing demand for podiatric services in the region, an additional clinic was established the nearby suburb of Moorebank, Sydney, New South Wales in 2000. This clinic offers 3 large consulting rooms, biomechanics lab and disabled access. The Southern Highlands clinic of Mittagong was established in 1997 and features a purpose built facility with 3 large consulting rooms and biomechanics lab.  In 2016 the expansion of Foot Focus has now included a start of the art clinic at Narellan, within the Narellan Town Centre in  Sydney, New South Wales.

A recent addition to Foot Focus portfolio of clinics is the newly established Foot Focus 4 KIDS. This clinic is located at Hinchinbrook, Sydney New South Wales. It is a purpose built clinic specific to meet the demands of children between the ages of 12 months to 18 years of age. It is one of the first clinics of its kind in Australia specifically catering for children.

Foot Focus Group of clinics now forms one of the largest podiatry clinic groups in South Western Sydney including the Macarthur and Southern Highlands regions.
